Closed Captioning (CC) now available on Free version of Zoom

Great news! Zoom now has CC/transcription capabilities for the free version! This is great news for individuals who need access! Below is the link that explains how to set it up.  Instructional video - How to enable Closed Captioning in Zoom   (Loom) Instructional handout - Embedding Captions for Zoom Meetings   NOTES: Host must enable the live transcript, each time there's a new meeting,  for viewers/host to see the subtitles. WISD Printers

Over the summer we have updated various printers across the ISD. If you have not yet already you will need to remove and re-add your printers, so your computer has the most up to date printer information. It is also recommended that you remove the old printers, so your machine does not try to connect to them.   Below you can find a list of resources to help you make the switch. Keep in mind that to access the P: drive you will need to be signed in to a WISD Windows PC onsite and signed into a staff account, not a student.   Remove an old WISD printer from settings   How to install WISD printers   How to set a Default Printer   If you have any questions, please call x1286   Daniel S.
