Great news! Zoom now has CC/transcription capabilities for the free version! This is great news for individuals who need access! Below is the link that explains how to set it up.  Instructional video - How to enable Closed Captioning in Zoom   (Loom) Instructional handout - Embedding Captions for Zoom Meetings   NOTES: Host must enable the live transcript, each time there's a new meeting,  for viewers/host to see the subtitles. (video shows you how to do this). The hosts/viewers microphones must be unmuted as well.  Once enabled, the subtitles automatically appear on all the viewers/host's screens.
