Great news! Zoom now has CC/transcription capabilities for the free version! This is great news for individuals who need access! (video shows you how to do this). The hosts/viewers microphones must be unmuted as well.  Once enabled, the subtitles automatically appear on all the viewers/host's screens. Viewers have 3 choices from their screen:  hide subtitles, view live transcript (can save too) and change subtitle settings to adjust font size.  Click on the arrow beside the live transcript icon at bottom of screen.
