The Agency is required to report details to the state on every student in the Agency and SEE (Shared Educational Entity) programs. This includes details from Special Education, Homeless, Attendance, English Language Learners, Early Childhood, Title I and many other supports.    Spring Count is coming up on February 13, 2019.. It is important for every student to be accurately counted in our submissions. How can you Assist? Classroom Staff   ü   Report any students who are not physically in your class, but on your roster to the office staff . If you know why they are out, share that too.   ü   Keep attendance up to date every day   ü   Ensure all the grade changes or exited students are complete in PowerSchool AND PSSE.   Secretaries/Program Administrators   Ensure that all IEPs, REEDs and Transfers of Student documents applicable to the 02/13/2019 count date have been set to Final.
