WISD Password Update Tutorials

How to Change your Windows Password   a change to this password will effect the following. Your desktop/laptop login  Your Outlook e-mail login.   Your Office 365 login  Your ManageEngine (technology ticket) login  Internal wireless network “WISD-Internal” How to Reset your password from OFFSITE  without having to be connected through VPN or at a WISD location. This tutorial will act as a guide to help walk you through the process. If you have completely forgotten your password, it may require a Technology team member who has access to Active Directory to temporarily reset the AD password. Then you can go through the password reset process via ManageEngine so you can create your own personal password (not known by our department). The password reset syncs in about 15 minutes.   *NOTE – this only works on WISD staff on our domain within the ManageEngine system.  This will not work for YCS or Lincoln accounts.

Click on Contact logs profile page In the student’s Contact log will show all the contact logs all service providers have logged for your student.
